In-house engineering for outstanding product durability
In our approach to engineering, we aim to design and manufacture products and components that enhance the longevity and energy-efficiency of our underfloor heating solutions. In addition to being more sustainable and ultimately more cost-effective, in-house production gives us the freedom to refine our designs and keep full control over our stringent quality standards. Resulting in the ultra-reliable products our customers know to expect from us.
Eliminating human error using technology
We know we will always need the brains and efforts of our people to help shape the future of underfloor heating. However, we also know that fully automated systems are far better equipped to assemble our products consistently and with utmost precision. This is why our central production facility operates multiple robotic manufacturing arms powered by proprietary software. For us, full automation is about removing human error from the equation, ensuring our systems work faultlessly in the homes of the humans who depend on them.
Quality assurance is an integral part of our production process. After all, there is no margin for imperfection when you consider how our systems become such an integrated part of people’s homes. For this reason, we’ve invested in highly-advanced quality control systems — including 16 smart cameras, sensors and, most recently, inline testing — that eliminate the need for manual inspection. If we’re not 100% satisfied that our product is up to the job, we won’t supply it. It’s as simple as that.
