Reliable products are our bread and butter. Because as underfloor heating specialists, we know there are no shortcuts to quality. That’s why we make every effort to finetune our operation and inventory. And why we’re committed to offering our customers the complete package — from products to systems, all the way through to expert technical and logistical support.

One of our main focus areas is developing proprietary components and key products, such as manifolds. These units are the heart of the hydronic framework and therefore critical to our systems’ quality as a whole. Choosing to manufacture in our own facility allows us total control over the assembly process and to oversee rigorous product testing before release.

To guarantee full integrity of our product lines, we insist on sourcing additional system components close to home. Due to our longstanding partnerships with leading German and other European suppliers, we can be confident these goods make the grade. And by keeping our logistics chain short and our warehouse large, we can secure punctual delivery for even our most time-pushed customers, day and night.

For us, product excellence is about increasing the usability of our systems for the people who rely on them. Which is not only the consumer but also on-site installers. It’s for that reason we ensure our products are tough enough to withstand rough handling and dusty building sites. And it’s why we’ll never settle for just ‘good enough’. If there’s scope for improvement, we’ll investigate — which can result in a tweak as simple as doubling up on O-rings, or a mission as complex as pioneering the use of new manufacturing material.
